“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond”. – Rumi

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you. - Maya Angelou

Heart-opening / Fear releasing Meditation

Celebration of Heart

This open-hearted journey celebrates the notion “It takes a village” to bring our hearts out into the full spectrum of peace, bliss, and empowerment. When we have invited peace into lives, we gain opportunities to share that peace of mind with others.

An open heart brings new conscious insights, clarity to details and closes the gap between heart and mind to focus on life’s coming attractions. Allowing room for manifestation by aligning our choices with innate actions. This meditation resolves any fears around a closed heart and offers purpose, connection, and community.

Alchemical Balance Meditation

Masculine and Feminine Dance

Masculine and feminine energies are the dualities of nature each with their own unique energy signatures. Like DNA strands or ripples of water dancing, clashing and merging. These dual energies supervise our emotional spectrum and keep us in check. We vibrate on different frequencies, waxing and waning ourselves into the creation of ourselves rather than allowing the control of our circumstances dictate our behaviour. In our daily perceptions, we feed ourselves these energies. For example, we dream about masculine and feminine energies because these parts of us are apart of our subconscious telling’s and help regulate our co-existence with self.

Naturally, to the feminine and masculine energies, it’s like a dance… Do they step on each others feet? Do they place their hands in the correct positions… or are they having fun and teaching each other the dance moves? Individually, are they well-balanced, repetitive, ridged or are they flowing, wild and free? Not only is it important they balance each other out as capable as they are, but it is also important each energy is a whole of itself, not a half to each other. We can be at peace knowing these dual energies in our heart is made for our full spectrum of selves as well as others.

Connection Meditation

Parthenon of Guides

A Parthenon is an Ancient Greek temple that used to be praised for its natural outlook in many forms. The reason Gods inhabit it is because their learning processes have taken many forms. Parthenos have been seen as treasuries, religious centers, and a national symbol.

Guides connect us to aspects of our higher selves and our natural characteristics that resonate within nature. As archetypes, they are imbued as metaphors constructed within our cultural mentality. Ensuring cultivate the social, spiritual, and physical senses of what we have survived without.

Bringing people to the Parthenon meets the demands of the wisdom they seek. Wisdom offers outlooks with new perspectives, instead of being stuck in familiar patterns we relinquish old patterns. In asking for wisdom in any form that is received resuscitates new ways of living.

Connection Meditation

The Garden of New Eden

Go within. Meet your mother. The mother you've always known inside yourself. She speaks for what is just and true. She speaks softly remembering all the times you've been held. The Garden of New Eden facilitates a new learning of the world today. Very different from the world many years ago. No matter what time period. Your life is lit by a fuse and is uncoiling through a new age that is aware of its surroundings. Seeking new sensations and learning patterns to resonate within the nature of today.

Experiencing life without understanding the lifestyle we create may signify we have had difficulty learning our lessons from the past, so this journey takes us to a new place where we are able to provide another way of remembering the lesson that came to us. All living beings are confronted with the same question: How did I get here? Where will I go? Is it worth the time I have? What is my fate if I do not make it in between? All these questions are important for survival. However, these questions are put to ease as Mother Earth journeys with us. This journey reminds us why we are here – to remember what we hold in our heart so we don’t make the same mistakes in our future lives down the road.
